Located at 8455 Rattlesnake Hammock Road in Naples, FL, the property is adjacent to another FK-designed senior housing complex, Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes.
Ekos at Allegro is a five-story community offering 160 one- and two-bedroom apartments specifically for residents aged 62 and older who earn between 30 and 60 percent of the area’s median income. With amenities including a communal garden, swimming pool, fitness center, grilling stations, and a computer lab, the complex fosters a vibrant, affordable senior community close to public transportation and local amenities.
