**3 Workforce/Affordable Housing Projects Break Ground in East Naples Area**

Affordable housing is a critical need throughout the United States, and FK Architecture is proud to have designed three projects in East Naples - Harmony on Santa Barbara, Allegro at Hacienda Lakes, and Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes. In a feature article published on 3/10, Ted Hunton, AIA, Managing Principal at the firm, talks about the latest affordable/workforce housing project trends.

Harmony on Santa Barbara is a workforce affordable housing project that will feature an 82-unit apartment complex sitting on five acres of land. Allegro and Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes are senior living, affordable housing projects that will feature 160-unit apartment complexes sitting on two separate plots of land spanning six acres each.
