The second phase features three additional new residential buildings with 75 apartment homes walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants in the Baldwin Park neighborhood. Westminster is minutes away from Rollins College and Winter Park’s well-known Park Avenue. Residences have balconies with spanning views, and they are dotted with top-of-the-line amenities and finishes. The general contractor for this project is Clancy & Theys.
