As IT Director, Joe directs, manages, and coordinates the firm’s information system, determines system capacity/equipment needs, and manages acquisition/upgrades of hardware, software, and other necessary tools. Joe is also responsible for developing and executing tactical plans for information systems that support the firm’s strategic objectives.
