FK Architecture Designs Three Active Adult Housing Developments in Western Florida

The developments provide active 55+ residents with state-of-the-art amenities and modern housing. The three sites designed by FK Architecture are Solea Wellen Park, Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch, and Amberlin South Naples.

FK Architecture collaborated with developer Sparrow Partners on the projects. Solea Wellen Park and Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch each offer 204 units in a mix of one and two-bedroom units. Amberlin South Naples features 188 apartments, with 12 studios and the remainder consisting of one or two-bedroom units.
