FK Architecture and Winter Park developer Ron Ginsburg have partnered to plan a $70 million environmentally-focused apartment community known as Dunson Park and Dunson Grove Apartments, near Davenport, that will use existing natural surroundings as part of the design and the amenities. In an article published on June 25, Ken Linehan discusses the project’s amenities.

“We want to increase the user-friendly nature from an environmental side,” Linehan said. While the exact goals are still being determined, he said, some items, including electric vehicle charging stations and solar energy for the clubhouse, are planned.”

The community will have two and three-story buildings with direct-entry walk-up apartments that include a range of sizes from studios of 624 square feet to 3 bedrooms of 1,231 square feet. Altogether, the property will have 319 apartments.
