AOG Breaks Ground on Dallas Age-Restricted Community
A feature article published in Multi-Housing News highlighted FK Architecture’s design for Novum Plano, a 147-unit, age-restricted community in Plano, Texas. On-site amenities will include a saltwater pool, pickleball court, fitness center, hair and nail salon, theater, game lounge, dog park, outdoor kitchen, and covered parking garage.
Novum Plano will be at the intersection of Preston Road and Rasor Boulevard, just off Sam Rayburn Tollway and State Highway 289. Nearby retail and dining options include a Walmart Supercenter and IKEA. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center is only 3 miles away.
“FK is a major player in designing innovative and comfortable living spaces throughout Texas, which continues to experience unprecedented growth,” said Ken Linehan, Managing Principal and Owner at the firm. “In addition to the Novum Plano active adult community, we are putting our unique stamp on other projects, including affordable housing units in Austin and a dual-brand hotel in East Austin.”
Novum Plano will offer a complement of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts for residents age 55 and over.
“The long-term possibilities for the Lone Star State are limitless,” said Lineham.
