FK Architecture Designs Award-Winning Multi-Family Community
FK Architecture, a Fugleberg Koch Company, is pleased to announce the completion of their latest award-winning apartment community, Minneola Hills. This community is the first multi-family apartment complex in Minneola, featuring 297 units as an extension of the planned development of the Hills of Minneola area. The modern-style aesthetic provides a stylish, high-end take on apartment living in a quiet and beautiful part of central Florida. The project received an award from the NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for Best Multi-Family Development in 2021.
“All residential units are designed to effuse a soothing aesthetic. Accentuated by features like solariums, balconies, double vanities, and expansive floor plans, we’re immeasurably proud of this project,” said Ken Linehan, Managing Principal at FK Architecture and the Architect of Record for the project.
Designed by FK Architecture and built by Winter Park Construction (WPC), Minneola Hills features one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans across 16.38 acres.
Minneola Hills is located close to the Florida Turnpike, on the western side of Lake Apopka, and the outskirts of Orlando. Efficiently designed to maximize living space, the community’s location near a burgeoning area places residents near every activity they want. The community is near outstanding schools, excellent health care centers, exceptional shopping and dining, and only 30-minutes from Walt Disney World and its many attractions. Minneola Hills feature modern amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, a summer kitchen with a wet bar and grills, sundecks, a cybercafé, and private garages.
“Having received NAIOP’s Best Multi-Family Development award, Minneola Hills has secured its place as a premier addition to the Central Florida footprint,” said Linehan. “Our design philosophy aims to boost resident wellness, and we are honored that the NAIOP recognized this project. We are confident this luxury-style community will thrive for many years.”
