FK Architecture Unveils FK Design Lounge to Enhance Creativity, Collaboration and Focus
2020 was a year for the ages. While we reacted to a radically changed world, some saw this time as an opportunity to grow and strategize for the future. FK Architecture, a Fugleberg Koch Company, is focused on proactive tactics to navigate the challenges of the time and lay the groundwork for what our future will become. To be invaluable to our clients, we must operate efficiently, collaboratively, and have a focused goal. As we identify areas that strengthen our position for the future, we recognize our employees remain the beating heart of the organization. A healthy work environment promotes creativity, motivation, and team building. These principles are what makes us an asset to those seeking professional design services.
As the world continues to present unique challenges, we have focused on our core and united our professional family through togetherness. Looking within, we found underutilized space in our office to create the ultimate employee experience. This space was reconfigured to provide all the tools our staff needs to explore their creative impulses. It's a great place to promote fellowship and allow a reprieve from the intensity of our efforts so that we can reset and refresh. These ideals lead to the creation of our FK Design Lounge!
Our new offerings:
The new space allows for a multitude of opportunities. We can host internal and external meetings, explore new technologies such as Virtual Reality, collaborate with our teams, dine together, relax together, and invite our clients and friends to share our spirit for the creative. This space houses all the latest gadgetry for any audio-visual need as well as socializing. We are extremely proud of the lounge and already use it frequently. We want this space to be more than just the place people use for work. In many ways, it's the home away from home for our hardworking employees. Like an ideal home, we want our office to be a comfortable space that is enjoyable and reflects our culture.
